Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems or specific ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle SCM)
Familiarity with industrial automation, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives
