Responsibilities
Calibrate and repair temperature, pressure, conductivity, humidity, pH, TOC, flow, mass and frequency measuring equipment
Lead and conduct systematic problem solving and support cross‑functional investigations in all customer areas
Participate in metrology‑related projects in the department
Accurately and legibly record all activities in appropriate documentation and write work orders
Lead calibration activities as scheduled, supported by the Metrology Lead
Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
Process confirm calibration activities are performed per standards
Operate and handle calibration working standards with care and expertise
Address safety, quality, staffing or personnel issues and escalates to Supervisor if necessary
Attain and maintain aseptic clean room certification
Identify deviations per proper procedures for measuring equipment
Qualifications
Minimum of four years of thorough understanding of instrumentation and control systems
Competencies in calibration, instrumentation and controls, electro‑mechanical systems and electronics
Ability to calibrate process and utility instrumentation
Experience using electronic calibration management systems such as SAP, Blue Mountain RAM, ProCal and MAXIMO
Able to read and apply schematics, wiring diagrams and other technical documents
Compensation
$55,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
Cigna medical, dental, vision, holidays, 401k, PTO and sick leave as required by law
