What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders

Manage the compliance process and documentation for all vendors

Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirementsOversee the vendor onboarding process, including processing applications and contracts

Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to underperforming vendors

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-5 years of related title experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service skills with the ability to partner effectively with vendors and customers

Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination

Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in negotiation and managing customer needs during vendor interactions

Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines related to title services

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
