What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer’s value‑based care portfolio
Support ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams, particularly related to Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
Develop a strong understanding of payer‑specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to support performance measures
Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality performance improvement
Collaborate with field teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data management, including basic formulas and pivot tables
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to the employer’s mission of serving primary care providers and their patients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using Tableau or other data management software
Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity, prioritization, and blockers
