Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer's value-based care portfolio
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for health plan payer contracts
Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to value-based care programs
Develop a strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and support market workflows for addressing performance measures
Conduct assessments determining opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs and drive quality performance improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool, including basic formulas and pivot tables
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to the employer's mission of serving primary care providers, their patients, and society
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using Tableau or other data management software
Comfort in tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity, prioritization, and blockers to drive assigned tasks forward
