What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer's value-based care portfolio
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for health plan payer contracts
Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams
Develop a strong understanding of payer-specific quality programs and conduct assessments for performance improvement
Collaborate with field teams to identify practice-level opportunities and develop innovative reporting models
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for data management, including basic formulas and pivot tables
Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
Commitment to the employer’s mission of serving primary care providers and their patients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience using Tableau or other data management software
Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
Highly organized and proactive in addressing clarity and prioritization of tasks
