What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across the employer's value‑based care portfolio
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to risk, quality, and affordability for all health plan payer contracts
Support ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis requests for field teams specifically relating to Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP)
Develop a strong understanding of payer‑specific quality programs and assist in assessing opportunities for performance improvement
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative methods for measuring and tracking performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in health services administration, health policy, mathematics/statistics, information technology, or other relevant fields
1+ year(s) of relevant work and/or internship experience
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool, including basic formulas and pivot tables
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Commitment to the employer’s mission of serving primary care providers and their patients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using Tableau or other data management software
Ability to tackle ambiguous problems with a high degree of autonomy
Highly organized and proactive in raising questions to drive assigned tasks forward
