RN House Supervisor – Nights
Valle Vista Health System is a 132‑bed mental health hospital located at 989 East Main Street, Greenwood, IN. We provide comprehensive treatment across psychiatric disorders and are committed to high‑quality patient care within a team of RNs, LPNs, and Unit Coordinators.
Responsibilities
Directly supervise assigned nursing staff in accordance with hospital policies and applicable laws.
Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff, including workforce planning, assignment of duties, performance appraisal, and recognition.
Investigate complaints and partner with senior leadership to resolve issues and explore performance improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Qualifications
Current license to practice nursing in IN (or eligible to receive or renew)
Current CPR or BLS certification
Three to five years of experience in psychiatric nursing; management experience preferred
Associate of Science in Nursing from a CCNE accredited program required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred
