$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr What You’ll Do
Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks. Continuously monitor our food and food quality. Properly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts. Run the shift while ensuring all employees take their given/mandatory breaks at the appropriate times. Work all stations in the restaurant, recognizing where you are most needed at a given time. Assist Manager with other duties as needed. What You’ll Have
Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience required. Exceptional communication skills. Food handler and alcohol service training preferred. Ability to coordinate work of self and others. Ability to multi-task. What You’ll Get
Position is paid hourly and eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location. Eligible to participate in Tip sharing, adding up to $2/hr additional pay, paid each pay period. Eligible to participate in comprehensive health benefits for full-time shift leads (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.). PTO accruals based on hours worked. Paid holidays. 401(k). FREE food. Seniority Level
