Base pay range:
$14.82/hr - $18.50/hr .
Responsibilities
Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side work tasks.
Continually monitor food quality.
Properly perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge.
Run the shift while ensuring employees take their mandatory breaks on time.
Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed.
Assist Manager with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift leader experience.
Exceptional communication skills.
Food handlers and alcohol service training preferred.
Ability to coordinate work of self and others.
Ability to multi‑task.
