What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee and analyze all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance activities in adherence to national standards
Coordinate second-level reviews for assigned teams to ensure proper application of Corporate Compliance procedures
Ensure timely response, resolution, and reporting of identified service level reports within client contracts and regulations
Maintain staff schedules and provide guidance on protocol and procedure interpretation
Conduct monthly meetings and annual performance appraisals for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management
Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or state programs
Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes and federal and state regulations
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Familiarity with managed care and quality assurance systems and processes
Excellent interpersonal skills
