What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee and monitor all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance to meet national standards
Coordinate second-level reviews for assigned teams to ensure compliance with established procedures
Ensure timely response and resolution of service-level reports within client contracts and regulations
Conduct monthly meetings and performance appraisals for team members
Provide continuous coaching and guidance to staff on compliance protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management
Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or state programs preferred
Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes and federal and state regulations
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Familiarity with managed care and Quality Assurance systems
