What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance in adherence to national standards
Coordinate second-level reviews for assigned teams to ensure compliance with procedures
Ensure timely response, resolution, and reporting of service level reports as per client contracts and regulations
Provide guidance and continuous coaching to staff regarding protocol and procedure interpretation
Conduct monthly meetings and annual performance appraisals for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Previous experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or State programs preferred
Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes, and federal and state regulations is preferred
Familiarity with managed care and Quality Assurance systems and processes preferred
