A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team in the execution of running their assigned location. This includes, but is not limited to:
Learn how to lead and run excellent shifts.
Deliver top quality food.
Enjoy customer service the Jersey Mikes way.
Using communication skills to motivate team members.
Role modeling a sense of urgency.
Embracing Jersey Mikes policies and procedures.
A Shift Leader is expected to:
Work 30+ hours a week.
Have the ability to get to and from work on time.
Maintain open communication with AGM and GM.
Lead your team by example. Embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes.
