NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME PACKAGING LEAD @ No Label Brewing Co. (Katy, TX)
No Label is growing, and we’re looking for a hardworking, mechanically inclined, beer-loving human to join our Operations Team as our Packaging Lead. This is a full-time, salaried, 40‑hr/week position working directly with our Head Brewer on a 15bbl system producing ~4,000bbl/year.

✔️ Preferred Qualifications
2+ years at a packaging brewery Experience with canning lines, keg washers, depalletizers & cellar equipment Mechanical/electrical/pneumatics knowledge a big plus Forklift/scissor lift operation (certs preferred) Ability to read manuals/schematics/blueprints Basic lab skills Comfortable with flexible hours, occasional weekends/evenings Able to work independently and stay organized Primary Packaging Responsibilities
Lead & maintain our Twin Monkeys San Juan automated canning line Maintain all packaging equipment (canning line, keg washer, depalletizer, etc.) Follow & improve packaging SOPs to ensure quality and safety Lead packaging staff to hit daily/weekly production goals Complete all kegging processes Manage inventory of packaged product & materials Assist with distributor pickups/drop-offs Work closely with Brewing + QA/QC teams Brewhouse/Cellar Support
General cleaning, organization & SOP-driven cellar work Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting Help identify operational improvements Work Environment
Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs Working in tight spaces, around machinery & at heights (10+ ft) Indoor/outdoor conditions, heat/cold, noise, PPE required Lots of standing, kneeling, twisting, climbing, etc. Compensation & Benefits
