Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Salary:
$80K‑$90K base + annual bonus (total earnings $150K)
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Roofing Service Manager to oversee our roofing service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. This role involves managing roofing projects, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining client relationships and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a department with 3 field crews, 1 superintendent, 1 scheduler
Manage and oversee roofing service projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules to meet financial objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for roofing systems in commercial and residential buildings.
Evaluate project progress and prepare reports for management regarding status and financials.
Implement best practices in project management and service delivery.
Qualifications
Experience with business sales tools like Salesforce
Proven experience in roofing and construction management, particularly in a service manager role.
Strong understanding of commercial and residential roofing systems and materials including TPO, PVC, Metal, and BUR.
Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets and schedules.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to coordinate with teams and subcontractors.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
Familiarity with inspections, repairs, and maintenance of roofing systems.
Relevant certifications in roofing, construction, or project management are a plus.
