Key Responsibilities

Organize cross‑functional activities and coordinate project work efforts to deliver project objectives, schedule, and budget. Develop and manage proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for construction projects. Plan and execute complete project delivery and develop project manuals. Monitor manpower requirements against budget and schedule and manage scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, and risk elements to optimize client service. Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of PM/CM project experience. Support Senior Project Manager and assist senior leaders in managing projects from initiation through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout. Assist STV senior leaders in procuring work opportunities within the market sector. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E‑builder is a plus. LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are a plus but not required. Formal training in project management is preferred. Good understanding of project contract terms, conditions, and scope of work. Compensation Range
