Project Manager - Public Works
At STV, we are seeking a Project Manager for our PM/CM Group in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
Organize cross‑functional activities, coordinate project work efforts for completion of deliverables, schedule and budget.
Manage and direct development of proposals, project initiation, execution, control and closeout for construction projects.
Responsible for project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing.
Participate in project‑specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for successful project selection.
Plan complete project execution and develop the project manual.
Work with Senior Managers to schedule and monitor manpower requirements against the project budget and spend performance, managing scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, resource, procurement and risk elements to optimize client service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of PM/CM project experience.
Experience procuring work opportunities within the market sector.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E‑builder a plus.
Leed, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE a plus but not required.
Formal training in project management preferred.
Good understanding of project contract terms and scope of work.
Compensation $109,771.86 – $146,362.48
