Warehouse Team Lead – Third Shift (Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, Jeffersonville, IN)
Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full‑time Warehouse Team Lead to support our facility in Jeffersonville, IN.
Position Description
Hourly Pay: $24.63 per hour
Shift Differential (3rd Shift): $1.00
Overtime Pay: $36.95
Schedule: Third Shift – Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Help us keep the safest supply chain environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Relevant products: Printers, Copiers, Electronics.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
One year or more powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
One year or more previous experience as Team Lead (preferred)
One year or more Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) (preferred)
One year or more previous warehouse experience (preferred)
Knowledge of RF scanners (advanced required)
Valid forklift operator’s license (certified)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective leadership skills
Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive, composure under pressure, and safety‑focused
Bilingual (for Québec locations only – optional)
Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement efforts for optimal operational efficiency.
Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
Allocate resources, organize, and distribute daily work duties to ensure optimal shift and team logistics.
Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles.
Assist in orientation, providing employees with necessary information, technology, and tools.
Promote health and safety practices.
Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans for effectiveness and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
