Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. You will drive sales results by analysing business performance and delivering best‑in‑class customer service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency in all store processes. You will leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge, and you will serve as a talent leader by recruiting, training, engaging, and developing staff.
