Your Role & Impact As a
Project Coordinator , you will play a central role in organizing, tracking, and driving client‑facing project work across a portfolio of system enhancements, configuration updates, and custom reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a coordination‑heavy environment where success depends on clear communication and follow‑through.
Responsibilities
Coordinating client‑related project work across multiple concurrent system enhancement and custom report initiatives
Acting as a primary coordination point between internal PCG team members, software vendors, and client staff
Tracking project tasks, action items, timelines, and dependencies to ensure end‑to‑end delivery
Maintaining project documentation including task trackers, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updates
Supporting intake and prioritization of enhancement and reporting requests, ensuring clarity of scope and next steps
Facilitating recurring internal and client meetings, capturing outcomes, risks, and follow‑up items
Monitoring progress across vendors and internal resources and proactively flagging delays, blockers, or misalignment
Preparing clear, concise client‑facing status updates and internal dashboards to reflect progress and risks
Ensuring deliverables move through review, validation, and final delivery stages efficiently
Supporting consultants and managers by keeping projects organized, schedules realistic, and communication consistent
Helping refine internal coordination processes, templates, and tracking tools to improve delivery consistency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience considered.
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or delivery operations (experience in enterprise software or IT environments preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Comfortable working across internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders
Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and accountability
Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
Able to translate conversations and meetings into structured tasks, timelines, and next steps
Proactive and solutions‑oriented, with the confidence to surface risks and ask clarifying questions
Adaptable and composed in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities
Hybrid‑capable: Able to work 2–3 days per week in the Irvine office
Occasional California site visits (valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportation required)
Flexible availability during business hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; occasional weekend work depending on client needs
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.; able to clear background checks (including MVR) and E‑Verify
Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive annual salary range of
$70,000 – $90,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Employment is
W‑2, non‑exempt regular . Eligible employees will receive benefits and onboarding information upon hire.
