What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry or a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in leading a team and managing processes
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental discussions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate knowledge of SQL or Google BigQuery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Salesforce.com
Familiarity with Power BI
Prior project management experience
Strong understanding of process-based tools
A natural leadership ability and collaborative mindset
