What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Guide new customers through the implementation lifecycle onto the technology platform Analyze and improve implementation procedures and tooling for efficiency
Communicate project status updates and next steps to stakeholders Manage multiple ongoing projects and client communications Serve as the initial point of escalation for support tickets and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
2+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast-moving company or in the auto industry Proven experience in leading a team or managing processes Strong project management skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate knowledge of SQL/Google BigQuery Excellent verbal and written communication skills
