Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders

Test and validate customer data integration into the systems
Serve as a subject matter expert on dealership management systems and data extraction
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry or a fast‑paced company
Proven experience in leading teams or processes
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and some knowledge of SQL/Google BigQuery
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce.com
Knowledge of Power BI
Background in project management
Natural leadership qualities with a collaborative approach
Strong understanding of process‑based tools
