Lead the onboarding process for new customers and ensure seamless implementation of technology solutions

Manage multiple ongoing projects and support ticket escalations
Become a subject matter expert in dealership management systems and data extraction
What is Required (Qualifications):
2+ years of relevant professional experience in a fast‑moving company or the automotive industry
Experience in leading a team or managing processes
Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and intermediate knowledge of SQL/Google BigQuery
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑departmental discussions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce.com
Knowledge of Power BI
Project management experience
A proactive mindset with ownership of tasks and responsibilities
Comfort with technology and process‑based tools
