What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee and monitor all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance to ensure adherence to national standards
Coordinate second-level reviews for assigned teams to apply established Corporate Compliance procedures effectively
Ensure timely response, resolution, and reporting of service level reports within client contracts and regulations
Maintain staff schedules and provide continuous coaching to direct reports
Conduct performance appraisals and monthly meetings for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management
Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or State programs
Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes and federal/state regulations
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Familiarity with managed care and Quality Assurance systems
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
