What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee and analyze all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance in accordance with national standards
Coordinate second-level reviews to ensure adherence to established Corporate Compliance procedures
Ensure timely response and resolution of service level reports as per client contracts and regulations
Provide guidance and coaching to staff, conducting performance appraisals and identifying training opportunities
Maintain staff schedules and document employee performance and disciplinary actions
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or G.E.D; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management
Ability to retain knowledge of governmental and company requirements for operations
Exemplary communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or state programs
Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes and federal/state regulations
Skills in data analysis and interpretation
Knowledge of managed care and Quality Assurance systems and processes
Moderate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
