Provide accounting expertise and guidance to business lines and leaders

Coach and delegate tasks to junior professionals as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry
Strong understanding of advanced accounting practices and regulatory reporting standards
Proven project management skills and ability to make effective decisions on complex matters
Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification
Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS)
Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting
Experience in Microsoft Office products
