Manage and monitor large projects or accounting processes within the regulatory reporting function Provide guidance and interpretation of accounting policies and procedural changes to business lines Direct capital reporting teams by reviewing financial information, reporting, and disclosures Collaborate cross‑functionally with various business lines to implement new regulatory reporting requirements Coach and delegate work to junior professionals as needed What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field 9+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field within the Banking or Financial Services Industry Advanced understanding of accounting practices including US GAAP/IFRS and regulatory reporting standards Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and influence peers and management Excellent written and oral communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification Advanced database skills (Access, SQL, Oracle, SAS) Knowledge of European Basel III capital reporting Experience with Microsoft Office products We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
