What You Will Do

Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters.

Follow a clear, consistent workflow – a playbook for success.

Lead & engage – serve as primary contact for event-related concerns, support directives from the Area or District Manager, maximize team productivity and foster engagement.

Uphold core values (Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, Teamwork) in a safe and inclusive environment.

Team Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years as an Inventory Associate or similar role.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management, customer service and conflict‑resolution skills.

Flexible scheduling – willing to work varying hours.

Physically able to stand, walk, stand during shifts and use handheld scanners/count tools.

Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, positive team‑oriented attitude.

Applicants encouraged who have no degree, are returning to the workforce, have military experience, or have reliable transportation.

Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required.

Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meet WIS Fleet driver requirements if required.

Working Conditions This position requires prolonged standing, repetitive motions with both hands, low‑level positions (squatting, kneeling, crouching), occasional ladder use, lifting up to 25 lb., and occasional travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
