Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and performance gaps across manufacturing operations. Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness. Provide training and coaching to employees on CI tools, principles, and problem-solving techniques. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout the production process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements. Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Proven expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications
Master Black Belt certification. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) into continuous improvement initiatives.
