Responsibilities
Organize work schedules and manage shift coverage.
Handle cash, process transactions, and operate the cash register and drive‑thru.
Manage inventory and control food costs.
Oversee customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Lead and motivate the team, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Prepare and serve orders, including operating the fryer and griddle.
Maintain sanitation and safety standards across all store areas.

Requirements
At least 1 year of food service or management experience.
Strong interpersonal skills: smile, laugh, and have fun with team members.
Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly.
Comfortable working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Must be a team player who treats others with care and respect.
Minimum age 18 at the time of hire.
