Salary Range:
$81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Develop and implement material planning strategies to support production schedules.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure efficient material flow.
Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material issuance.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for material management processes.
Analyze material usage data and forecast future requirements to prevent shortages or overstock.
Manage supplier relationships related to material delivery and quality performance.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for materials planning and execution.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective inventory strategies, including forecasting and demand planning.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies.
Bonus Qualifications
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization
Proficiency in a specific advanced ERP module (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle SCM)
International supply chain management experience
