Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement materials management strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee inventory control, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production needs while minimizing waste.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Coordinate demand forecasting and collaborate with production planning to align material availability.
Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and material handling operations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for materials processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control, planning, and scheduling.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, JIT, and inventory optimization strategies.
Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and develop a team, coupled with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proven track record in successful ERP system implementation or optimization projects
