Job Responsibilities
Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal aligned with the employer’s strategic goals
Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and deliver high-quality features
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with evolving stakeholder feedback
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and optimize the client experience
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably focused on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
