What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish a compelling and clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer’s mission and strategic goals
Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams to gather insights and develop high-quality features
Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
