What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Act as a primary contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders

Manage compliance processes and documentation for all vendors

Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process, including processing applications and contracts

Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to underperforming vendors

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-5 years of related title experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service skills to effectively partner with vendors and customers

Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience negotiating with vendors to manage customer needs

Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines relevant to the title industry

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
