40% – Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Planning 25% – Work Coordination & Scheduling 15% – Compliance, Safety & Regulatory Support 10% – Program Development & Continuous Improvement 5% – MRO Stores & Parts Support 5% – Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Detailed Tasks
Develop, schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure reliability and efficiency across all facilities. Coordinate with trade shops, supervisors and contractors to minimize downtime. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and campus safety requirements. Lead initiatives for improving maintenance programs and processes. Manage MRO parts, inventory, and vendor relationships. Provide reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing maintenance performance. Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree in the assigned discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience. Valid driver’s license. Technical competence in MEP trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Certification may be required. Competencies
Technical expertise, compliance, and inspection skills. Communication, leadership and project coordination. Physical Effort & Work Environment
Physical work may involve repetitive motions, holding, using tools, lifting 0-30 lbs. Work environment may involve dust, fumes, chemicals, occasional overtime. Standard office/field settings. Salary Range:
$64,000 - $66,000 Reference Requirement:
