$58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
Supervise, train, and evaluate production line staff.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and manufacturing specifications.
Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Monitor production efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve production issues.
Prepare daily production reports and analyze performance metrics.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or a lead role.

In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.

Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish
Experience with automated production lines or robotics
