Key Responsibilities

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring product quality.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish)
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., robotics, automation)
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
