Operate heavy equipment/fixed plant when needed Equipment operations experience (loader, excavator, haul truck, skid steer, telehandler, manlife, water truck) preferred Preventative maintenance throughout the quarry and plant; minor mobile equipment repairs/services Rebuilding parts of the stationary equipment, i.e. crushers, chutes, screens, etc. Welding, repair, and fabrication on rock crushing equipment associated with quarry operations MSHA experience preferred. Required to follow all MSHA and company safety rules Problem solving when issues arise, under pressure Communicating with the leadership team to ensure proper operations decisions are made timely Following all safety measures; respond quickly to hazards of safety concerns Ability to perform repetitive and continuous functions, as necessary Ability to work well with others and lead teammates when needed Additional duties assigned by leadership Minor mobile equipment repairs/services Qualifications / Requirements
High School diploma or GED 3-5 years of related experience, but does not have to be industry Specific types of vision to include close, distance, peripheral, depth and ability focus Ability to respond quickly to hazards and safety concerns
