We are seeking an
IT Systems Engineer / MSP Technician
with hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft Azure, modern endpoint management, firewalls, and mixed Windows/Mac environments. This role involves day‑to‑day client support, system administration, project work, and continuous improvement of client IT environments.
Responsibilities Cloud & Identity
Deploy, manage, and support
Azure environments , including
Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Manage
Microsoft 365 / Office 365
(Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Implement and maintain
Microsoft Intune
and device compliance policies
Administer
JumpCloud
for identity, device, and access management
Networking & Security
Configure and support
Ubiquiti UniFi
networking (firewalls, switches, access points)
Deploy and manage
SonicWall
firewalls (VPNs, security policies, troubleshooting)
Manage endpoint and network security using
Sophos
Assist with security best practices, MFA, backups, and disaster recovery
Endpoint & User Support
Support
Windows PCs and macOS devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Onboard/offboard users and devices
Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for escalated issues
MSP Operations
Work within ticketing and documentation systems
Communicate clearly with clients in a professional manner
Participate in projects such as migrations, upgrades, and new client onboarding
Contribute to process improvement and documentation
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills
Strong experience with
Azure , especially

Hands‑on experience with
UniFi
networking
Experience managing
SonicWall
firewalls
Proficiency with
JumpCloud
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Intune
Advanced experience with
Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Experience supporting both
Windows
and
macOS
Familiarity with
Sophos
endpoint and security solutions
General Requirements
3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or MSP environment (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
Previous MSP experience
Azure certifications (AZ‑900, AZ‑104, etc.)
Networking or security certifications
Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Bash)
