$52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and operational problems in production lines.
Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems in industrial equipment.
Install and commission new manufacturing machinery and associated equipment.
Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals for repairs and installations.
Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial mechanical systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, conveyors).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
3+ years of hands‑on experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical failures and perform preventative maintenance.
Bonus Qualifications
PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
Welding and fabrication skills (MIG/TIG)
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) environments
