Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
Proficiency in process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Demonstrated ability to analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Familiarity with process control systems, P&IDs, and manufacturing safety standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with automation systems (PLCs, SCADA) or robotics
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for manufacturing modules
CAD proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for process layout and equipment design
