$88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) across manufacturing operations.

Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Develop, coach, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.

Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact and sustainability of improvements.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and proactive change throughout the organization.

Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across different production lines and facilities.

Recommended Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and problem-solving tools (e.g., DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects to deliver measurable results.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).

Experience deploying Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Demonstrated experience in Hoshin Kanri strategic planning and deployment.

Strong financial acumen with experience developing detailed business cases.
