Work to include but not limited to:
Leasing (office, retail and industrial)
Purchase and sales of all types of assets (office buildings, retail, etc.)
Financing work (mostly borrower side)
High end/luxury residential work
Construction agreements and related agreements (architects, designers, etc.)
Salary & Benefits:
Paying up to $300k plus bonus
Competitive benefits: 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and 4 weeks PTO (20 business days)
