Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs on a temporary basis. This recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for IT and technology-focused roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in Workday ATS is required, and prior exposure to the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
This position is fully remote, but candidates must live in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT and technical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within Workday ATS
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support hiring decisions
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and follow-up
Support compliance with internal recruiting processes and applicable employment regulations
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a recruiter supporting IT and technical roles
Hands‑on experience using Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Recruiting experience within the insurance or financial services industry
Prior contract or project‑based recruiting experience
Familiarity with compliance‑driven or regulated environments
