Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations, ensuring seamless processes and compliance with regulations while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR operations.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2–4 years of HR generalist experience.
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
