Shift Requirements after onboarding/training: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Overview Perform technical, mainly pre‑defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.
Responsibilities
Service XP, CT, MR AX Imaging Equipment in the Twin Falls/Pocatello ID area.
Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
Manage financial performance within the territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
Manage company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools and inventory parts.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision.
Ability to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, while performing administrative duties accurately.
Experience testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment.
General understanding of the principles of electricity, power supplies, and grounding.
Required Skills
Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment, working independently and within a team.
Proficiency in necessary network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website – Engineer Tools).
3+ years’ experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments.
Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, ladder/step‑stool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high‑reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone.
Base Pay Range $0 – $0 (Factors such as geography, skills, education, experience and other qualifications may affect starting pay.)
Commission Eligibility If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
