Responsibilities

Service Diagnostic Equipment in the Pocatello, ID area as a Customer Service Engineer. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. Deliver timely and effective repairs and adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. Manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management. Ensure all tool and test equipment expiration dates are managed, and that no overdue calibration test equipment is used or maintained in the field; document usage on eFSR. Manage company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, performing necessary administrative duties accurately. Provide mentoring to other CSEs on all competencies and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma; technical associate’s degree or equivalent preferred. 5-7 years’ experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments. Proficiency in the use of tools and service test equipment; ability to work individually and in a team setting. Proficiency in network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools). Valid driver’s license; ability to drive independently day and night. Physical requirements: lift 50 lbs, walk, climb ladder/stepstool, bend, twist, sit, squat, stand, reach high, fine grasping manipulation, good vision.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $67,550 – $92,884. Commission eligibility if applicable.
